We all need a friend in this process. Yes, Shalena, is a realtor; however, during my process she was more than that. She was a friend. I could pick up the phone and text or call any day of the week and any hour of the day. She called and handled whatever or whomever on my behalf. I felt safe. I felt that she had my back. What is even more inspiring, when I would be upset or annoyed about a situation, she was my calm. You could hear her smile through the phone. She did not mind going the extra mile for me.
